It’s equally important to event photography Hampshire, whatever the occasion we’ll make sure the memories of the event won’t fade. In light of the time, effort and expense you’ve taken into organising an event for your guests. There really couldn’t be a better way for your guests to remember your event than professional photographs of the occasion. In addition, it’s the quality of the event that directly reflects the organisers of it. Not to mention event photography adds an extra element and the photos always become a talking point with your guests.
In the first place, our photographic studio becomes part of the evening’s entertainment. In other words event, photography adds to the enjoyment of the evening and becomes an event within an event. For this reason, even those who initially resist the draw of the bright lights have been known to ‘crack’ under the pressure and join in the fun.
It’s important to realise that we use a portable studio. For the studio, we need an area that is 4mx4m, a table and an electrical supply. The studio consists of backdrop, studio, lights, viewing stations and fast printers.
Another key point is that we aim to take the photos when your guests arrive and during pre-dinner drinks. We take a selection of images, full length, three-quarter length and head and shoulders individuals, couples and groups capturing smiles and laughter.
It’s important to realise that a few minutes later your guests will be able to view their images. Coupled with this those images that they choose to purchase will be presented in an elegant photo strut mount and a clear plastic bag. The bag keeps the print clean and allows others to view.
Coupled with our friendly efficient service, we pride ourselves on our ability to make guests feel relaxed and at ease whilst they are being photographed.
In addition, to add something special to your event we can digitally transpose your guests onto a variety of backgrounds. In this case, we do this by photographing against a green screen. Using digital software, we then project their image onto a digital background. Thanks to Studio Magic for the backgrounds
